Instructions for the preparation and submission of abstracts are available at the following link (Submission of abstracts), where you have to registrate for the submission of abstracts (Speaker portal) for the selected Congress.
According to your personal data, you receive a password that will allow you access to the instructions, submission and correction of your abstracts until 27th May 2016.
Informations for speakers
TECHNICAL EQUIPMENT available for oral presentations:
• DATA projectors (DATASCOPE) for computer presentation (resolution up to 1024 x 768 pixels)
• Notebook or PC with Microsoft Windows
Please note:
• Personal notebooks will not be permitted
• Slide and overhead projector will not be available
• Please note that all slides must be in English (not valid for 5th Slovenian Congress of Laboratory Medicine Technicians)
PROJECTION AND PREVIEW CENTRE
We suggest that your computer presentation is installed and tested as soon as possible, but not less than one hour before your lecture. The technical organizer will give you additional instructions concerning your session and the presentation of your paper in the Speakers Centre located in Foyer I of the Congress Centre. Please make sure that your computer presentation is fully operational before your talk. Only Power Point presentations on USB Memory cards and videos in .mp4 and .mov formats will be accepted. The MS PowerPoint 2010 (and newer) version is recommended. Any other arrangement is entirely at the risk of the presenter.

Instructions for preparation of the posters or oral presentations you will receive together with the notice of the acceptance of your contribution for the poster section or oral presentation, no later than 30th June 2016.
